CAN'T WAIT!

Who else is going/has tickets?

I read the book...does that count for anything???

I'm looking forward to it, but I've tempered any excitement about it by recalling how disappointing "Kangaroo Jack" was :p

You'd think a movie with Jerry O'Connell AND a talking kangaroo would be above and beyond, but it wasn't :nonono:

You will not wait for the DVD ("I will not wait for the DVD")

You will camp out in front of the theater ("I will camp out in front of the theater")

You will send Trevor all your monetary worth ("But all I have is fifty cents")

Trevor will not mind ("He could use the cash")

As usual, once the non-sense is over, there will be plenty of time to go see it.

But I must say, Star Wars doesn't do it for me, maybe when I was a kid, but now? Plus... we all know what will be happening, don't we?

i think this will be the best one of the new three(like thats not a no brainer) but i really am holding out hope that it will be a great movie, i read that when steven Speilberg saw it at a recent screening he openly wept at the end!?!

i know we all know whats going to happen, but maybe we will get a suprise or two, then again maybe not

may the force be with you :faint:

If only Natalie Portman would go frontal in it...  :ignore:

As long as the computer animation doesn't overpower the actors, it won't be bad.

If she won't do it in a film playing a stripper, then there's more than likely not a snowball's chance in hell of that ever happening.

But she DID! And we can all blame Mike Nichols for cutting the full frontal scenes she filmed.

It might appear on a director's cut special version DVD, then :thumb:

In the meanwhile, what am I doing with my laser sabre?

I think she deserves some of the credit for those scenes ending up on the cutting room floor as well.

Closer to what?

What would be her point in playing these scenes and then wanting to have them cut? Methinks it's a commercial trick. You'll have them on a special DVD edition (to be released 2 months after the standard one).

And then the world will realize how perfect her lithe little body is :love2:

offtopic, Natalie was great in "Garden State" last year. Apart from the juggernaut "Wars" features, she's generally great (she's underused in those)

***SPOILER WARNING***

Anakin is Darth Vader.

The first one was piss, the second was on par with the original trilogy, and with the violence and tragedy upped (a PG-13?!), it seems that the acting and story rise above the mega-SFX. Only time will tell. I'll see it the opening week, NOT the opening day, and I will NOT camp in front of the theatre the week before (saw some goons setting up a camp at the edge of the local Regal...I wish I could release the hounds :evil4: )
