Seriously never heard of Nick Cave? Aussie singer, used to be the leader of the wild Birthday Party, now his records more or less sound like a lounge act. Can still deliver the goods live though, so that makes up a bit for the records being on the light side.

Spike, you want to see him in action? Rent the movie "Wings of Desire." He performs onstage in it, plus it's a damn good movie and it'll give you a touch of culture that you won't otherwise get in New Jersey.
