Well, not entirely by Kraftwerk, but yes.
Although I wouldn't call it the "only" decent... not a bad album really, however I get why the original message of this thread said they are repeating "Clocks" all over ;)
Speed of sound is quite good too... but I'm not convinced now, I still prefer the last one.
