Good for you Spike! Hate for your young mind to be damaged for it may impair your spelling.
As for German biers, I think I prefer UK brew. Give me a London Porter over Becks any day.

I love boddingtons. This is a manchester beer, correct? The only thing it can be so damn expensive in the states, and hard to find in the minor cities.
You can sometimes get Boddies for £1.50 a pint in the pub 5 doors along from my office...!!!

Chris
I would be drunk all day long. A regular pint at a new york bar is $6.00.

a rip off basically!
Well, Norway is a very expencive country.
At fancy places over here, a pint €5. At not so fancy places, €3-4
At "Systembolaget", shops, from €1 and up
Im coming to get you Swedes soon anyway, over for Meat and Beer! ![]()
Tell Rudolph im coming for him!

by the way I am Scottish, I just live and work in Norway!
Canadian or US Budweiser? :D
Believe me, they don't taste the same at all, apparently our standards in Canada for beer are much higher than theirs.
I don't remember the last time I had one though, so I'd pick a Stella since the "Vikings" people tried to get me drunk with a few of them at TGIF ;)
Tasted better than the last time I tried, but still, won't replace Heineken ;)

Don't forget to bring your own beers
;)
I can buy Boddington's, pretty decent, at a small local store run by some Brits, they carry quite a number of imported stuff, can't recall what exactly now...:(
Of the two choices, Stella obviously, I don't know anyone who's ever consciously stocked Bud at their home, or buys it when out on the town. Only time I've ever had Bud is when I didn't have to pay for it (free beer is usually a good thing).

Obviously, the King of Beers is FREE BEER; failing that, Mr Artois wond hands down. (Though wasn't there a Belgian NOOLer on here who pointed out that in its homeland Stella is the beverage of choice for alcoholics? Funny that....)![]()
