People who drives BMW or Mercedes cars... they act like they can do anything on the road.... :skeptic:

Basically people who look at you patronisingly as if youre some sad lonely poor figure because you dont have what they have.Erm.. HELLO!.. i don`t want the big macho car you dumb fuckers!!:banghead:

The car thing is just an example. It can also be apllied to smug married couples who "pity" you if youre single (yeah yeah well i *might* get married when im ready and not when society thinks im ready!). And people with big houses who think you should have one (im perfectly happy with my terraced house but thanks anyway!) .Have a nice day assumimg people of the world!!

Right now, my vote goes to EasyJet. Is there a bigger waste of time, money and airspace?

Don't think I've told this story here. Last year, in Portland, near Powell's in a "Pearl" District  traffic jam, I happened to be trapped in front of the parking entrance to some condos, I couldn't move anywhere. Being in the left lane, I noticed some idiot in a BMW in the right lane force himself in front of me, and over the sidewalk, into that entrance, coming periously close to some pedestrians, even though I had no place to go. I raised my arms up in the air as if to say "what the hell are you doing???" He rolled his window down and yelled at me to "Enjoy your life in the ghetto!!!" as he rolled into the garage.

Great, I thought, as he passed by me. This must be the pinnacle of human achievement: to live in a downtown loft in a medium sized US city in the early 21st century. Guess I don't have to strive so hard in this world after all.

That's the same reason I don't care much for the Dandy Warhols.

Speaking about lieing about their ages, the one hit wonder Meredith Brooks ("I'm a bitch, I'm a whore...etc") claimed to be in her early 30's when that song was a hit, even though she went to the same high school, and at the same time, as the one my boss went to in Corvallis, though he's pushing 50. Nice one.

Sounds comparable to my usual "what hath God wrought" moment: getting stuck behind an old driver on a two-lane highway. For one thing, a lot of them are driving those new half-truck-half-SUV crap, and they're not only obeying the speed limit when it's thirty-five, but continue to maintain thirty-five in a fifty-five or sixty zone :banghead:

Almost as bad as getting caught behind an old truck full of chicken feces :faint:

I've only seen them live once. 2 years ago in Stockholm. I had a little chat with Carlos after the gig. Top bloke! If I only could remember what we talked about. I was a bit drunk....
