girls who scream 'whooooo' in high-pitched tones really loudly at concerts, rallies, and other events.

How about a nearly 50-year-old male lead singer whooping in a high-pitch tone? Even more offensive than that is whistling. I just can't stand whistling.

Chunky speaking in Neil Tennant's voice, that's so annoying!!

Grrrrrr....:banghead:

OK then...the offgasing of excess pressure during the loading of liquid oxygen into propusion tanks on Swedish submarines.

That sound kills me.

The all-time worst sound, to me....

Styrofoam rubbing against styrofoam. Whenever I receive a package in stryofoam, I have to turn my stereo up to 11 and try to drown out the sound. Either way, I still can feel the sound in my bones. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Am I crazy???

Every teenaged girl who is convinced they are the next Mariah opening their mouth and warbling their way through a perfectly good song. :banghead:

Just stop, already. You are not the next Jessica Simpson. Jessica Simpson is not the next Jessica Simpson. How would you like it if I started humming a few lines of "Three Times a Lady" because I thought I was the next John Mayer? You wouldn't like that, would you? And yet you insist on making me do it to amuse your friends at parties.........:nervous:

Anyway, you get my point (I also can't stand the screaming teenaged girls. Jealousy, I guess) :thumb:

No you're not. Just reading that has made my bones itch. That's the best way I can describe the effect it has.

Another sound I hate is that bloody crazy frog ringtone. Why anyone would willingly part with cash for that thing is beyond me. :confused2:

Right now, it's:

"Rent's due."

But after that, it's gotta be the finger nails on the chalkboard.

The sad thing is that the losers that buy that ringtone have to let it ring for 20 or 30 seconds so that everyone around them can hear how cool they are with their most "original" ringtone they bought.(sarcasm)

I got to go now, because I just saw the "spinning rims" screensaver on television and I have to buy that for my cell phone!!!

The sound of a working vacuum cleaner. I always leave the room when I hear it approaching. A friend of mine even leaves the house when a housemaid comes in and starts to clean up and use a vacuum cleaner. It's not that I can't stand the tone of the sound, it's just very irritating and boring... :banghead:
