Heard about this ages ago; apparently it's an art piece. I think it's trying to say that individuals can make a difference to the world with one small gesture, even if they don't feel as though they can. That's what I heard, anyway.

hold up voting matters, shite we almost didn't re-elect you-know-who

that's a difference of only 3.3m people, had the 'voting doesn't matter' people got off their asses and went to the poll then who knows how history would've been different.

from an old USA today article: approx republicans v dems 55 million are registered Republicans about 72 million registered Democrats
