The best thing about last night's result was that it shut the En-ger-lish press up!

The build up to the World Cup started ages ago down here and for the last fook knows how many weeks the Star / Sun / Mirror have been telling us England are gonna win it.

Thankfully the fans down here aren't as daft as the media!

Yeah they have a chance, but just like every other tournament the media's going overboard with their arse kissing.

On the plus side - Scotland were unlucky not to win in Austria - Engerland have Calamity James - we have Big Rab Douglas :nonono:

At least you guys should make it to the World Cup. Us Aussies have to first demolish the Solomon Islands twice (should be a piece of cake), but then we have to play of for a spot. We haven't managed to win that since 1974.

i don't think many English fans will be too worried, it was 0nly a freindly at the end of the day.
