I only just saw the Robert Smith South Park episode. The Goth character based on Smith is very funny too!

The Front Pocket tune is also the best they have pulled off yet:

I've got something in my front pocket for you Why don't you reach down in my pocket and see what it is Then grab onto it, it's just for you Give a little squeeze and say, "How do you do?" There's something in my front pocket, There's something in my front pocket, There's something in my front pocket-

South Park is slowly regaining my respect.

Possibly. I’d have always said “simplistic” rather than “right wing” as such – but there isn’t really a whole lot of difference. Point taken though.

more libertarian than right-wing. terri schiavo, the wal-mart episode, etc. in fact, south park makes fun of everyone, regardless of their political agenda. i find it to contain the most politically savvy satire on TV, besides the daily show.

Daily Show pretty left wing, at least last night. How could they not make fun of Mayor Naggins and Gov Blanco??

Parker and Stone have made it quite clear that they find political Hollywood celebs morons. After 9/11 they said the reason they were out like protesting celebs was because they missed "the meeting" that tells Hollywood types how to think and act. Look at TEAM AMERICA, the whole F.A.G. bit.

also consider the attitude of team america after they killed the terrorists while at the same time destroying paris and cairo. nothing right-wing about that! south park slams the republicans pretty hard, as well. in the terri schiavo/PSP episode, they clearly came down on the right-to-die side and when satan's minion wondered how he could keep kenny's feeding tube in, satan replied,'how we always take care of situations like this. we'll use the republicans.' they then attack both sides for exploiting images of kenny (schiavo) in a vegetative state to further their own causes.

this is what i like about south park. no one is safe!

Why thankyou very much. Actually I don't claim him. He pissed off to the states as soon as he could, and only comes home every now and again to promote a film and gets lauded as an Australian Hero. Another bloody Aussie hero that's all I seem to be posting about lately.
