i would say squash is mine, i'm rubbish at it but still try and play when my free time allows it
Rowing.
On an ERG of course. Its hard to saddle up on that thing once youve been thought how to use it though. ConceptII - responsible for a lot of pain (and good gain too).
"Sexercise" is my fave!
It tones the body It helps to burn off calories It is good for the cardio-vascular system Its challenging both for you and for your contestant! It promotes good self-esteem It produces endorphines (peptides that occur naturally in the brain and have pain relieving properties similar to those of the opiates)...and lots more!
My 2nd is "remote war" - Reaching for the remote before anyone else can get to it...very challenging!!
And my 3rd fave is "joint hogging" - which involves a lot of skill when stoned to suss out who is hogging the spliff and to hog it yourself without being sussed ![]()
findin weed that's been dropped in the carpet.
then hoovering the carpet about three weeks later.
(sharpens up the arm and the eye muscles)
Badminton I guess ![]()
Due to my history of injuries and sports (too long to enumerate), let's say I don't play as much as I did when I was a teenage... with obvious side-effects ![]()
I really enjoy cosom hockey (with a ball running everywhere)
