Its not the 'real' Complete Stone Roses anymmore. the band fell out with the manager after he replaced the singer or something. The old band, i.e. the ones who were fantastic, are now called the stone roses experience.

Or thats what i was told.

Great night out it was and me and the missus are definitely going to this Darren, Blundell and Slipper fancy it as well and no doubt Malky an all. I'll have a word with John and Steve at the weekend, unless they visit this thread before.

Not me this time, cuz. I wasn't as bowled over as you the last time - they were good, but something about tribute bands makes me feel a bit weird, especially as most of the 200 strong crowd were chanting "Ian Brown Ian Brown Ian Brown", like it was really him. :nonono:

That and the fact that us blokes outnumbered the chicks by about 10 to one. :nonono:

Plus me and the Stubbster have Oasis the week after anyway. :nod:

I saw The Complete Stone Roses last year at Blackburn bout 400 there and I really enjoyed it. It was as if they were the real group to some people who were mezmorised and taking it all a bit too far, but plenty of eye candy and beer flowing and it was a laugh so all in all a top night. I would see them again if they were in the area. You should go if you get the cahnce.

Yeppa. Stubbsy's ordered the tickets, dunno if they've arrived yet. All we need to do is find a place to stay, not gonna be easy i reckon. Did you manage to find anywhere?

Nah. Couldnt get anywhere for saturday night. I think we have somewhere for friday but saturday was impossible. going to get a coach up to manchester afterwards. Its going to be sooooo great freezing my bollocks off seeing razorshite. cant wait.

Seen oasis four times this year, two good, two average. Should be an interesting day.
