Thanks for using the non-discriminatory "down", to describe our location, LE. It's refreshing.

Things are pretty cool up here, actually. It's closing in on midnight and I'm about to pop the cap off an ice-cream tub.

I write for HP. There's a little shop here in Boise that perhaps you've heard of.

What do you do for them exactly?

The ice cream being consumed is "Chocolate Honey Nougat" and features chunks of honeycomb. Funnily enough, we don't have your Ben & Jerry's range in Australia due to some crazy dairy quarantine regulations. I necked my first B&J ice-cream a fortnight ago, in Hong Kong.

I've been feeling bad conscience for my comment too. I was trying to express my admiration for his style of writing, but this may have backfired.

I hope hes not upset because i resurrected the offspring thread.

He must have gone to Idaho, there's no other explanation for it. He did seem unusually keen on potatoes back there.

I'd say he's packed up a fortnight's worth of Brylcreem, a stack of New York Times crosswords, his Offspring CDs and hit the road.

Haven`t read the whole thread so sorry if this has been covered but why on earth does he like Offspring?

for those who do not want to read thru the whole thing... can we get a summary here on page 15 of what exactly has been revealed about Patrick so far...? is being an Offspring fan his biggest shame, or is this just a mean joke meant to hurt him?

The Offspring penchant is no joke my friends.

It does seem to be a bit of an anomaly in his profile, doesn't it? However, all is revealed in this revival of an ancient thread that surfaced recently to haunt the poor guy.

Enough to drive you interstate though? Not sure.

Hopefully he'll be back soon, delivering his dry one liners like they were hot pizzas.
