Patrick enjoys perpetuating his own enigma on these boards. Is it time he coughed up a photo?

I voted yes, but maybe the fun would be gone if i knew. Reading through his numerous posts, he doesnt come close to revealing any personal emotions. Everything is spoken in the matter of fact way.
Perhaps, he is a celebrity?

Ben Kenobi was the hermit...
Obi-wan was the one who ran around the galaxy on foolish missions!!!
And let Patlers keep his air of mystery!!!
I can't believe the yes vote is behind.
Are you logging on under false names, Pats?

When exactly are you going to be here? I'm going to be away for a bit.
I'm not Patrick Duffy. Whoever he is.
No one at NOOL has ever met me.
I like to think of him as a mysterious man. For some strange reason I keep imagining him as a very pale and rather tall person. Beautiful manners!

Well, pale is probably correct.

Perhaps you're hermit-like as far as your presence on these boards goes. In that no one has ever met you, despite your longevity here. I apologise if it connotated negatively Pats, it certainly was intended to be light-hearted.
I doubt one can perform your line of work without consistent levels of human interaction. Oops, did I say too much.

Do you know the dates? I'm afraid I'm not up to speed on the schedule for upcoming protests.

It's not like there are NOOLers in D.C. that I've avoided.

What is your line of work?
That is a question that troubled our colleague in Perth endlessly.

It's a little premature for that.

There's a new baby panda that's generating a lot of interest.
I voted for him to remain mysterious.Although i was calling for him to reveal himself just a few days ago.But ive changed my mind.Mysterious it should stay.Thats how he wants it and we should respect his wishes.
And i`d like to add here that i think his politeness and charm are delightful. He even said to me "give your mum our best wishes" on Sunday.
