Layer Cake

Just got a copy of this movie. A brutal Serbian gang??? WTF??? Anything worth watching? Been told it's superb ...

Good movie, only seen it once though. I've stood at the spot in Greenwich Park where they are looking at the MIllennium Dome.

Been meaning to get round to watching this one recently but not done so yet.

I couldn't believe it when Matthew Vaughn got the gig for X-men 3, hes only done one film.

Needless to say i was well chuffed when he quit only to be shocked again with Brett Ratner

My personal favorite from this year.

Like that means something.

Cool flick.

When you watch it, consider three issues:

1. How could Jude Law have left Sienna "Li'el toy sowdiers" Miller for the nanny?

2. Is Daniel Craig really the man to take over as 007?

3. Does one of the ethnic gangsters really look a crapload like a black Al Jarvis or was I just trippin'?

Excellent film. Didn't see the ending coming at all...

Michael Gambon is class, if a bit orange.

If you have the DVD OB, check for the Jarvis doppelganger.

He plays a decent part, they were trying to shift all the pills onto him. Not that art imitates life or anything...

Actually I showed a pic of my friend Miki to Rocket Mick and Biginoil and they thought he didn't look anything like Al. But of course, you saw him in person so maybe he does after all. I can't tell for sure as I've known him for years.

Yup, just seen it. Loved that Serbian guy, Dragan, tough fella he sure is. In a word, never mess up with crazy Serbs, ha! I hate the ending though cause I really liked that Craig bastard.
