Manchester District Music Archive is starting an online community music archive. We want YOUR memories! Which gig changed your life? What was the first Manchester album you bought and from where? Did you buy a musical instrument years ago from one of Manchester’s legendary outlets? We would like to receive scans of tickets, posters, badges, vinyl, t-shirts and photos or any other objects relating to Manchester music. Each scan should be accompanied by a short story, comment or recollection that explains the significance of the artefact.
