they did not even have one good song! I mean a local Maryland High school, at the height of Hootie Mania, had aone of the guitar players (Mark Bryan, I think) deliver the graduation commencment speech cause the school was his alma mater

But yes, they suck. They suck big time. Their suckiness is immeasurable. If you were to try and take a general survey of their suckiness, they would be too sucky beyond all hopes of categorizing that they would literally suck the life out of you for even trying. Their suckiness is fatal. While they were popular, the earth got just a little closer to being sucked into the Hootie black hole of suckiness.

Thank god Dave Matthews saved us just in time with his smooth, melodic soft rock :p
