I hate going into supermarkets; a necessary evil. I always start yawning in them. i think its the horrible neon lighting.
Supermarkets make me sick

i think it's the muzak and the aisles that are just this much too narrow for two trolleys to pass each other.
The people that work and shop in Supermarkets make me sick. A few weeks ago, I made a late night visit to a nearly vacant grocery store and I accidently put my 19 "items" on the "15 or fewer" items lane.
The guy behind me grumbled that I had more that 15 items and the checkout clerk made me take everything I had on the conveyer belt off, put it all in my cart and go to the lane that was about 15 lanes down. For God's sake, we were the only two people in line!!!!!
I rarely get mad...I usually just get sarcastic with people. I told the guy behind me, "you are the HERO of the store!...thanks, for making sure we follow the rules in the store...." I told the clerk to give him an extra discount for spotting my mistake and to have a nice day. This royally pisses people off....I love it.
There's a somerfield within walking distance that I go to when I need something that the corner shop wouldn't have. Worst store on the planet. I swear the security guards follow me around every time I'm in there, and I don't think I particularly look like a teenage criminal. The till ladies spend their time yammering with each other or their neighbours that happen to stop in, often holding up the queue until they finish their conversations. And they don't give any space between customers so everyone's purchases get mixed up by the bags.

I always try to avoid that super-, hiper-, mega- and finally fookinmarkets. And it works - as I remember last time I was there it was maybe july, success.

I totally agree with you Ronald. Stress may be cause of yawning. And I hate neon ligths. And the crowd, and the noise, behaviours, silly adverts... Silly struggle... And the race with the clerck... Think... you take an item, put it in the trolley, then on the roll and the clerck throw it to your face as fast as he/she can while suspecting you to steal something... As the same time you are videoed... Then you ride miles and miles to your car, drive home, take the bloody bags (while thinking it is heavy and cost you too much) and unpack them to store your shopping where you can in your kitchen... And just at the moment you think : "well it's done, let's relax", you realise that you have forgotten to buy the thing you want at this very moment...
