B****rd
Flu? That sounds about right. Women get a cold right? And still go to work. Wash. Iron. Cook Dinner and then if there's time, take a paracetamol. I do quite a bit of heavy lifting, so I get backache; the guys get twisted spines. I'd rather be a woman any day. Wimps the lot of you.

'OK love, course I can' (don't forget though - there's always a price!)

men can't tolerate pain as much as women can because they don't have to go through the most painful experience on earth: childbirth!

I would imagine listening to Shellshock must be more painful than childbirth?

I read it somewhere that if by any chance men could give a birth they would probably die in pains.

Yeah, new medical research reveals that we're not really set up for that sort of thing. ![]()

Teaser! I'm only telling the amount of pain you'd never be able to deal with.

I got ya, Maya. Perhaps the promise of a cesarean would be an incentive.

Oh my god. What a horrifying prospect.
I had to have a brief procedure done where a doctor had to snake a tube as thick as a pinky finger through my cock to look inside my bladder. I thought THAT was bad. ![]()
Don't forget Kramer's bit of info from that classic episode of Seinfeld:
KRAMER: You know, I faked it.
JERRY: What?!
KRAMER: Yeah.
JERRY: You faked it? Why would you do that?
KRAMER: Well you know, if it's enough already and I just wanna get some sleep.

Which means you actually get one!
Why we'd prefer getting one to faking one:

You have kids?
if anyone really needs science to tell them that women are the stronger of the sexes???
has obviously never tried to pull their share of the duvet back at 3am.![]()

Maya's point has reminded me of that old (yes, blatantly sexist) joke:
Q: Why do women fake orgasms?A: Because they think we give a f*ck.
I'll finish this post with another (stolen) joke:
Q: What's the difference between 365 used condoms and a car tire?"A: One's a Goodyear, the other's a bloody good year!

no, but my mother broke her leg when she was 6 months pregnant with me, had to have her bones set (sticking out of her skin, mind you--compound fracture) with no pain medicine due to her being pregnant, developed a blood clot in her lung because she was bed-ridden due to the pregnancy and the broken leg, went into labour when she was too weak to even open her eyes, spent two days in labour, was finally given a caesarean after i had difficulty breathing in the womb, then developed massive boils along the c-section incision which kept popping open. all without pain meds (except for after the c-section). good times.
needless to say, i'm an only child.
i'm going to be very, very careful when i get pregnant.

Ouch, from here too
In my case, my parents were in Spain when my mom was pregnant, and she almost lost me, fortunatly, my father being a doctor, it helped..
And it seems the reason why I'm here today is because he gave her cognac!
Ah, hum, when I say I've never been to Europe, it's not THAT true... ![]()
