Oh please, we're going after Syria and Lebanon next.

You can do that all in one... I voted next wednesday, but I can't imagine they can wait that long...

Difficult to say... An old dictator is a nice democrat now in Lebanon... The other is his father's son in Syria... W doesn't like fathers's sons - it reminds him his own position... Iraq was the ennemy of Iran, which is just on the other side of the border of this former democratic state which turned to a dictatorship after cease-fire with its religious fanatic neighbour. So now, Iran is more evil than Iraq...

I like geopolitical processes... and also economic ones...

So I think, that when W's friends will be in need of cash, they invade Iran...

Much as I dislike-- and distrust-- W, Iran is making it awfully easy for W when they're (a) being coy about developing nuclear weapons, and (b) saying things like "Israel should be wiped off the map."

yes, it feels like this had been already written somewhere... it seems too easy for W to be true !!!

i think W is learning his lesson in iraq. he's already screwed the pooch in iraq, with scooter libby and with karl rove. he doesn't need another fuck-up.

not to mention that without karl rove, W will be totally lost.

Quite true Ron, considering he's not only got his troops in massive bog-holes in Iraq and Afghanistan but his administration isn't even properly protecting potential nuclear disaster areas on US university campuses. I saw a report on the Sunday program yesterday where ABC America got journalism students to see how easy it would be to gain access to and potentially set off a nuclear disaster in various US university nuclear reactors. And the result- It would be TOO FOOKING EASY!! My biggest cringe came when one of the university spokespeople replied to ABC's criticisms of it's security measures by saying words to the effect that by using attractive female students to get below the guard of scientists and reactor staff was highly unethical. Well, none of the footage I saw had any flirtatious activity going on or any offer of sexual favours for access to those places. I think some of the administrators of THAT university should go take some VERY LONG cold showers!!

As my Indian college prof used to say, God needs to take a giant scoop, start at Turkey and eliminate the entire Near and Middle East continue to make sure India and Pakistan are removed as well. But he was from India and one needs to respect the words of someone from the World's largest democracy.

now you're just fishing for a good argument aren't you. Sorry, I don't agree with your professor, or you for posting this. I think that's about all i have to say on this.

Never.

Iraq will have put him off; probably why Iran is now waving a red rag at Bush.

If he thinks Iraq has been difficult he'd better multiply that by 10 for Iran and if he ever thinks about North Korea he'd better consider multiplying Vietnam by 10.

Aint gonna happen. Bush can't get shit done right now. Just as well because the best government is the government that is least active.
