I used to do a lot of baking more than cooking. Haven't bothered with it in ages though.

My fav was making bread. Nothing beats the smell of fresh bread baking in the oven :nod:

Yes, I do, used to be a line cook for awhile, so that's helped. Definitely don't cook anything for breakfast though, other than maybe hash browns or bacon, it's usually cold cereal, juice, and some fruit.

Also, there is NO MICROWAVE in my household, just a convection oven that I use all of the time :thumb:

I happened to live for six months in a house without a microwave a few years ago. It was a nightmare! How can you heat up the rice you already cooked a day before, without a microwave? Well I had to heat it up in the frying pan but that was almost like frying it then... :shrug:
