Is it just me, or did the conservatives actually win the "cultural debate" of the Sixties and Seventies? You hear all this stuff about things changing...but they've only gotten worse since about 1988 or so

The difference is that the Republicans aren't going to get 30-40 years fuck around with it. If they don't start shrinking both the size and scope of government, they're supporters won't show up.

The choice in America is between the Democrats, who will fuck this country up by design, or the Republicans, who will fuck it up because they just don't seem to be able to stop themsleves.
