I've got a square arse!!! Just had the most laziest day ever watching all the Star Wars films back to back.About 10am to midnight!!!

What's your favourite SW film? Mine's got to be Revenge of The Sith.So many reasons, dark, menacing, the opening space battle,Yoda kicks arse again,Anakin is toast.. And a lack of embarrasing moments. No Ewoks,Jar Jar (well he doesn't speak),performing alien bands,or Anakin riding piss-poor CGI "cows" to impress a lady.

Delete the scenes with Ewan and Nate and RoTS would be the best. I'd have to vote for the first one, Episode 4.

episode one, or as it is now known IV A New Hope. the later ones in the original trilogy just got too cutsy. then i just hated Jar Jar, and computer animation still looks fake to me. It wasn't needed in the original films. Is it really needed in the new ones. Second would be have to be epssode 3.

The Empire Strikes Back :thumb:

It's the middle chapter, more dark and less cutsey than the other two of the original trilogy, no Ewoks, and...Boba Fett!!!!!!

On a possible scale of five Hasselhoffs :evil4:

Phantom Menace (one Hasselhoff)

Attack of the Clones (three Hasselhoffs)

Revenge of The Sith (three-and-a-half Hasselhoffs)

New Hope (four Hasselhoffs)

Empire Strikes Back (five Hasselhoffs)

Return of the Jedi (three Hasselhoffs)

Holiday Special (no Hasselhoffs) :p

The original fanbase seem fairly unanimous with their final rankings.

It's often:

THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK A NEW HOPE REVENGE OF THE SITH RETURN OF THE JEDI ATTACK OF THE CLONES THE PHANTOM MENACE

The minor quibbling is with the ordering of the top two and some go ROTJ over ROTS. A few AOTC over ROTJ.

I'm surprised not more people go with ROTJ - most of my childhood friends always liked it the most. I think it's great, personally!

My favourite is RoTS cos it's so dark. I love all of them and I really like The Phantom Menace - much better than Attack of the Clones in my opinion. George Lucas CAN NOT write love scenes....

Looking at two setting suns and wishing for a more exciting life. That moment is unparalleled and unbeatable.

Truth. But the "I love you" - "I know" - scene in ESB is ace.

Empire strikes back is by far the best one new hope is #2 Revenge of the Sith( a few corny scenes here and there but overall i really liked it Return of the Jedi(the ewoks killed it for me)

A new hope, then attack of the clones, then empire, then sith. Return of the Jedi and Phantom are very bad...

Let's hope the TV series in 200x isn't a cackfest!

Isn't Kevin Smith meant to be involved? Can't work out whether this is a good thing or not. At least the dialogue may improve.

If he is he'll probably drop out like he has on so many other films, superman reborn, daredevil, green hornet etc i know they're comic book movies but.

Green Hornet may still go ahead.

He's finishing off Passion of the Clerks currently.

He desperately needs some sort of hit. His star's faded badly with his last few efforts.

that was devised by harrison ford; he knew that han solo would never reply with 'me, too.'

Definitely Empire. But, ROTS is moving up although I just can't let it be above the original 3. Really good movie though.
