Instead of just shooting the child buggerers the city I live in and the county I live in passed laws to make it virtually impossible for a sex offender to set up a home. All the usual reasons--2000 feet from a school, daycare, park, bicycle trail ect. Something like 90% of Des Moines is verbotten for sex offenders to live in. Then the county fearing that these bastards will populate rural areas decided to banish them as well.
Are any of your communities taking such measures?
Are we just talking kiddie fiddlers here or will this include people who got their willies out when pissed?
it striokes me as only being a useful idea when you'r the first to come up with it. Once all 51 states (counting the UK under Governor blair of course) have adopted this, where you gonna put em?).
in gerneral here, they leave the kiddie fiddlers in the prisons with the terrorists and let nature take it's course. they're more caring about them on the mainland tho.
Shootin's too quick BTW. Baked in rock salt has a nice ring to it.
EDIT: I forgot to mention of course that the law is only designed as a "not in my backyard" statute.....it will have no effect on chikd abuse. I'm guessing here, but if you're the kind of sick weirdo willing to go to the lengths of hurting a child to get of...you MIGHT also be willing to walk more than 650 yards.

Hmmmmmmmmm, is it better to have them wandering the street than in their house? Hard one (no pun in intended) thats a bit of a catch 22.
