one of my favorite bands of all time. sadly, every time they play in chicago, i'm out of town. the closest i got to seeing 242 was when coder23 opened for vnv nation lasy year (it was a dj set).

headhunter - classic. people still go crazy for it at the local clubs.

there was headhunter 2000, a 2 cd all remixes of headhunter. it's a must have simply for the funker vogt remix.

favorite album is front by front.

my favorite songs are quite unusual, until death (us do part) and rythym of time.

I do! I actually just picked up LTM's reissue of ROTUND FOR SUCCESS a few weeks back.

Interesting! I actually thought that Funker Vogt's remix was one of the least striking out of the batch. My favorites are the ones by Beefcake, Apoptygma Berzerk, Empirion and Space Frog. There's nothing wrong with the Funker Vogt remix, it's just that it struck me as a little flat. Of course, I haven't listened to any of these remixes in years, but most of them are fairly burned into my memory.

Man, it's been more than 5 years since I've heard that song. Definitely one of my all time favourites. Should dig through my collection and find that old CD single with the old remixes on it.

Must agree, front by front, favourite album.

Severed Heads, I was beginning to think I was the only guy in the world listening to them. Picked up the Nettwerk box set many years ago, you remember when the CD Extra thing was popular? Anyway, every artist on the box set had some cool stuff on it. Severed Heads had photos and even some stage designs, cool.

Ah yes, did see their gig at club Nu Miami Beach ,sometime between 1989-91 as they didn't have tickets,[small venue] thus no stub.Yeah I remember two guys on computers, not much in the show part but great sound.

with Since the Accident, Rotund for Success and Big Bigot, you have some of the best music out there. wonderfully odd. Surprisingly, Tom Ellard is still producing some great music.
