Today is the day i can honestly say the games a bogey. after the jammy manki mob (celtic) carried all the luck a beat the Jam Tarts, I think the champs will have to give up on the title now and just go for 2nd place as the jambos have been found out.

Bugger; enjoy your wide grin boys and I hope to see you at MCR, am still working on a ticket it should' nt be a problem.

What a pulsating match that was. Watched the game at home as i was suffering from the bevvy, and being 2-0 down after just 8 minutes made me feel a whole lot worse. Glad to get to ht without any more damage being done as Hearts could have scored another couple to be honest. When Petrov went off early in the 2nd half i thought there was no way back for us but the introduction of Pearson really brought us to life. Pearson started and finished an excellent move and from then on Hearts were full of self-doubt. A wave of attacks rained down on Hearts and with 15 minutes to go Fyssas was red carded for bringing down Maloney with him being the last man. Celtic continued to press and were rewarded with an equaliser 3 minutes from time with a cracking header by McManus from Nakamura's free-kick. Would have happily taken the draw then but sensing blood Celtic searched for the winner and it duly arrived in injury time again from defender McManus who fired home after another Nakamura set piece. A massive result in the chase for the title putting us 7 points clear now and it will be interesting to see what sort of a response Hearts come up with after this soul destroying defeat. The title looks to be heading to Celtic Park in Strachan's first season, but after last year's events i won't be taking it for granted just yet Steven.

A blue nose from work phoned me at half time, I didnae answer it. Funnily enough he got a text straight after the game saying "He who laughs last"

As John says, Hearts could have had 4 in the first half, but a wonderful performance from the Bhoys in the second half killed them off. I find it hard to believe the Jam Tarts will recover from that.

See you in Mancland Steven :thumb:

It was pretty sweet, right enough. Just what being a Celtic fan is all about, especially after what happened to us on the last day of last season. Be interesting to see what the press / SFA make of Lennon's swipe at Elvis and Hartley's assault on wee Ross Wallace.

Can't ever remember us coming back from 2 down at half time. Luvvly Jubbly.
