As i went to the irish club near mine last night and got totally hammered.sat at every table of strangers inviting them back to mine for a carry on ,as well as seeing grown men squeezing each others nads and a pile on on the stage.... id like to know what NOOLers top three drunken moments are, or any kind of mind bending drug induced moments,if u can be arsed that is.Sure some funny storys can come out of a thread like this.........

1.snow ball fight in front of house 6am with mates first people to touch the snow on boxing day 6 yrs ago!after clubbing and party. 2.mad bus journy on acid with people singin the wheels on the bus go round and round, bus gets stopped by cops lookin for someone with gun while we're coming up like bastards, then off to dry bar in manchester to have a maddie.... thinking can home in and hear peoples conversations even though they may be stood on the other side of the bar with loud tunes booming out.then convinced that we were all in a picture hanging up in a fuckin gallery....weird 3.its glasto...... mate gives me speed hes been on for whole festival says he's scared and to take his rest away from him and not to take any...so me and the other girls do take it,we see bob dylan,we see spiritualized,we see sonic youth but we talk through it,we dont hear.we are told we all look really scared, we're not, were just totally wired.cant remember anything after that, except i know we had an amazing time............BLUrrrrrrrrrrrr big time.

  1. In Columbia during my first semester at USC, I was at a friend's party getting hammered for the first time in my life and at one point was trying to find somewhere to sit. I found one of those cheap aluminum-and-threaded-seat chairs (like you take to the beach) and plopped my ass in it. It held for about two seconds before collapsing in a heap while I fell to the floor, laughing my ass off at my own destruction. Said friend and assorted onlookers were also amused.

  2. After 9/11 and the week of tension that followed, I went down to Clemson to hang out on my cousin's radio show and go on a bar crawl afterwords. At one point in the evening, we sat across from one another trying to finish off an endless supply of Killian's Irish Red when we suddenly just started laughing for no reason. I think it was me who uttered the following deep philosophical statement: "We are so drunk right now!"

  3. During another bar crawl through Clemson, my cousin and I ended up at a free concert given by the radio station at a local bar. I remember trying to chat up a girl in one of the bands (she was more interested in trying to sell her CDs than me), telling a guy in another band that they "rocked" (they didn't, but I was drunk and didn't know any better), and being told at one point that my cousin and I were too loud (the infamous "guys, could you keep it down?" line that became a favorite of my little group of friends afterwords).

:beer2:

As always, please drink responsibly :evil4:

  1. had a newcastle away shirt on once. got blitzed, and ended up going home with a denim (WTF??) shirt on. god knows how. i got told i swapped it. never wore that denim shirt again.

  2. got destroyed once and ended up minus the sole of my left shoe. ended up walking home in clipperty clop style.

  3. shitfaced once, and ended up asleep in somone's front garden. don't know who's. luckily i'd gone before daylight came, and they were none the wiser.

  1. Hanging out in Dry Bar and Night and Day on New Years 2003-2004. Then stumbling for a cab infront of the Hotel Thistle. my ex got his ass kicked by 3 hard salford fucks half his age while waiting in the taxi queue. The night was fantastic.. casualty visits notwithstanding

  2. Going to one of Upper Darby's glorious working class Irish Immigrant pubs, pinching someone's ass and realizing the next morning the power of beer googles. ;)

  3. Was in San Francisco for a political convention recently and my companion and I were adopted by the owner of one of the city's finest gay kareoke establishments. 3 nights in a row I drank until I couldn't stand for free and belted out horrible tunes. Best part of the experience: Me blaming vomitting on a bacon butty and my "superior" in the political organization for which I do work saying "You can have bacon and toast every morning without puking, Chrissy. I think it was the drink"

Passed out in a bathroom at an all inclusive holiday resort.

Another all inclusive holiday led to me trying Long Islands, then the last thing I remember was singing New Order whilst washing my mouth under a tap. Apparently I tried to leave the hotel room in the middle of the night in my underwear.

First term of uni has provided so much drunken antics. I just hope I can remember them.

One time I got too wasted to remember getting into the student event at uni, it was a halloween ball, apparently I was literally carried in and kicked out. I woke up in a tshirt and socks on my bed. I also lost my vampire cape.

I got thrown into a shower fully clothed, last thing I remember from that drunken night.

I fell asleep sitting at our kitchen table.

Being pushed on a wooden kart thing across the road.

Wanting to dress up like a member of the press from the 60s, you know with those caps and shit, I ended up going out ridiculous looking with suspenders [for trousers] and a weird cap with my regular clothes.

On the 1st of Jan this year, we were drinking at my flatmate's house, I got a bit too wasted for the train journey, ended up needing a piss, went in a small bottle, but somehow filled it up and it spilt a bit onto my trousers. I, for some reason, decided to carry it around until I found a bin at Victoria Station.

And I can't say anything anymore whilst drunk now because for christmas, one of my friends got 7 others tshirts of my face [all different pictures] and 7 different drunk quotes I've said.

  1. at 17 drinking a half bottle of gin and 2 beers, all mixed up. Left eh party, too 2 steps and woke in casualty covered in bloody from headwounds. As things came back to me I remembered, among other things...asking the X-ray nurse if X-rays were a longer or shorter wavelength than visible light, and trying to make a run for it when she said she didn't know.

  2. riding my bike home blidin steaming....and looking up to see myself drifting towards the curve. Then figuring it'd be safer to just hang on rather than try to turn away and rish the back of the wheel touchin it. So that's what I did...hit a curb, fell over and groudnto a halt from about 30mph.

  3. going for a piss in my mate's house on NYE at about 1am...and waking to a shriek at about 9am. I had been pissing, and keeled over backwards..I was found on my back, pee soaked and with my booze wisened willy pokin out.

there are many others but I dont remember the REALLY good ones.

Top 3 things I enjoyed OTHERS doing.......

  1. My mate Marty on the phone to someone at one of our coast parties.....he's standing on this 15 foot high "cliff"....he then drunk-foots and backflips off it onto the rocks, arriving beside me....and I hear him say "i'll have to phone you back there mate, I've just fallen off a cliff onto some rocks", get up and look at me and say "one way to get out of a phone call" and dander off.

  2. My bro getting up blind drunk and virtually sleep walking in a tent in donegal with 5 of us in it. He headed to the closed end of the tent...and when he couldn;t get out the hand went for the zip. My mates were all like "paul, man the door's down this end". I on the other hand, knowing full well of my brother's talent for somnetic urination, was out and half way down the sand dunes screaming "run for your lives he'll piss on you".

  3. A friend of friend on much booze and acid, up a mountain in the sort of weather you should never go up a mountain in....rolling into and lying in the campfire. As he began to smoulder (one assumes the amount of rain soaked into him saved him), the chaps shout "$DUDE you are in the fucking fire" to which he replies "no I'm not, I'm sitting over there...$OTHER_DUDE is in the fire"

Most of mine start with 'I woke up in a . . .' lets see:

1: went drinking one afternoon with a shower of bankers i used to work with - i remember there was beer & shorts & then lots of tequela rounds, then being woken up in the bogs, packed off in a taxi (as usual taxi is prepaid, but I pay again - 'keep the change' - another £20 for a £5 journey!) taxi drops me about 2 miles from home - i walk 'to clear my head'. When i get home i decide to lie down outside the door for a few minutes to get my head together - no one will see me there at this hour of night. some time later my dad comes out (with his tetotal friend, of course) & wakes me up - its only 10.30pm!

2: at a friend's 21st party - full bottle of smirnoff, naggin of pernod, a little more vodka, & 1 well-out-of-date bottle of Smithwicks. 4 girls (2 sisters & their friend, dont know who the other one was) - the usual silly groping you do at 19yoa. Varoius colours & quantities of puke. nap in the hedge for a while. later, in the kitchen, singing obscene lyrics to every song my host tried to sing. days later, realising that my host had broken my nose - kicking me in the head, trying to stop me singing obscene lyrics . . . being the first of the 30-odd people awake the next morning - around 11am & enjoying lying in the middle of the road in the warm May sun - no hangover - that didn't kick in for another 3 days.

3: Waking up on my bicycle at about 3am, on the wrong side of the road, with a double decker bus driving towards me - no idea how i got there, but i know i had been in the bar in UCD earlier that day. I walked home the rest of the way - about 7 miles - didn't seem to take long.

I've plenty more stories like those .. . . . .:nono:

  1. Twenty first birthday, of legal drinking age here. Go to the State Fair (Ricky Nelson was playing).....got totally wasted with friends.......and late in the day, I ran into some relatives from California that I hadn't seen in a long while. I think they knew what was up.

The others were of the "BEER GOGGLE" variety, luckily there weren't the types where I'd have to chew my arm off to get away quietly, or do the "WALK OF SHAME" past roommates, I just didn't want a relationship with these girls.....

someone has written a thread titled i think.....these top three threads suck,i actually think they are cool whoever started them.....anyway,i forgot one

1.drunk visiting my mate in uni years ago in liverpool my then housemate hands me a bag o drugs tellin me its mdma but oh no was it fuck like,it was ketamin....i hate the stuff, and dont see the housemate anymore.was dancing in this night chrome...drum and bass, when suddenly everything gets alittle heavy on the legs,i proceded to the loos walking like theres no gravity and all i could say while freaking out in the ladies was 'ive got no thoughts in my head...except ive got no thoughts in my head' then end up in some cafe which seemed in my vision to be like a tunnel with some old guy sayin you alrite love....was i fook, was in never never land.dont know what happened after that, noone will tell me to the day,i woke up in a single bed with a few people but fully clothed with pearljam blaring from some shite stereo...i must say though, the next day i felt like it was the first awake day id had for years i felt amazing and had a right laugh playing giant connect 4 with some liverpudlians. 2.glasto....met some mates from a club we used to go to in manc, didnt know they would be there and had the most amazing conversation about led zep 3....realising what the lyrics meant....im a total music geek though,so this was a great tent time for me.

  1. Spent the night in Peruvia night club, met Bernard Sumner, told him i'd named my parrot after him. Same night went back to my flat (over a Launderette), put my 5'11 friend into an industrial sized tumble drier and switched it on - this remains the funniest thing i have ever seen in my life!

  2. Having a 'quiet' girls night in on a Wednesday night. Ended up swinging from my friends Chandelier light fitting (not kidding either), playing knock-a-door run, stealing fence panels, swapping hanging baskets and potted shrubbery around then the police were called. I was the only person out of 10 girls who couldn't keep her face straight and as a result, only narrowly missed being arrested.

  3. Being sick on Louis Figo's shoes in Portugal (well i missed them but only by about 2") i'll try harder next time :evil4:

These are the only ones i can remember, so far.

NUMERO UNO - So pissed up,I'm outside a mate's house pissing on a bush.....and chatting up the bush:confused2:

NUMERO DOS - Been drinking stupidly, two PINTS of..lager,cider and whisky in the same glass.Spent rest of night puking in a Sainsburys bag,and being propped up against a wall of this shopping precinct till the early hours, till I could stand up straight.THat Sunday morning after,I met up with a couple of mates and we went to see Dick Tracy at the pictures.A kid in front of me sez to her mum "ooh mummy, what's that smell?"

NUMERO TRES - The ultimate piss up.The squeamish must look away now....went on a bender round Bangor with some friends from Llanberis.Drunk the town dry.Seemed alright till I got back..fell asleep in the middle of having a shit! For a laugh they got the host,Carys, out of bed and sent her in not telling her I'm in there."Uurgh.Monty get up,you can't sleep there" Not feeling particularly clean,I tried to get the sleeping bag out of my car,but was stopped because they thought I was going to drive home. Go to bed they said...but I got in Carys' brother's bed so he ended up relegated to the sofa! Squeamish LOOK AWAY NOW.Woke up next morning, who's bed is this? Goes down and Carys is doing toast, she's chatting away with her back turned on me..I put my hand down the arse of my jeans to scratch me arse...AARGH NO! She turns round and I'm sharing this conversation nodding away to her..with my right hand behind my back covered in SHITE!:dead:

Conrad, WTF is it with Dublin and lying in roads?

one of my college lecturers, highly respected composer, was at some dodgy RTE gig in some big venue on the main Naas road carriagway. So him and his bassoon player mate, come stumbling out of the place with this bloke from Dublin they knew really well. They decided to try and see if 3 people can reach right accross the road lying down. the answer was an Emphatic "NO!" as predicted by the Dubliner, who's pride in such a piece of road (and so pot-hole free) had been the instigation. However, while 3 people cannot reach from curb to curb...what they can do is block off all lanes of traffic and fall asleep.

they were woken by a very friendly Gaurd who asked if they wouldn't mind just moving on please, as the traffic was backed up all the way into the City. He then took them back to their mate's house...not sure if this was just hospitality, or a preventative measure :D

I don't really remember the funny ones.....

I do remember 8 months ago. The lost of 2 front teeth and a broken nose. :blackeye:

Worse drunkness must have been when I was 17. We had a tequila race (spell) but run out of tequila, so we drank straw rum instead. 80% alcohol. Juck! We all get very sick, and as far as I know, neither I or my friends have tasted that again.

Another nigh, me and a friend went to a hot bar in Stockholm. Very drunk, and went to the bar. A very beatiful girl stood in the bar. We said "give us the strongest shot you have". She gave us 2 PiriPiri shots. I drank mine, and as soon as it hit my stomach, it went right up again. On the floor. She laught at me, the bitch!

I dont know - the roads are quite comfortable when we are pissed. I know i've got loads more 'me& the road' stories - must ask the lads if they can remember - my memory is fooked.

I do remember a leaving 'do' we had when i left the bank - leaving the pub WAY after closing time - you know those barn doors with the little door insert, this was what we had to exit through - cue: 'Hey barry, mind yer head', 'wha?' BANG! - exit Barry. Barry: 'yeah mind that step alright' me: 'ha ha' BANG (proves I could hit a barn door . . . ) minutes later we are to be found trting to light my cigaret - me swaying side-to-side, him front-to-back. Screech of brakes - we were in the middle of a 4-lane road (at Christchurch, Dublin city centre) - great way to stop a taxi!

I'll give you the two best ones I can think of...

Went to Cozumel with load of friends one time, and we got to the hotel HOURS before we could actually check in...so the only thing to do was partake of the free beer...and tequila, and who knows what else I drank that day...long story short, I wake up at 5 in the morning, in my hotel room, naked...I've got NO idea how I ended up there, but I was pleased as punch...last thing I remember for sure was falling in the Caribbean, thinking, I need to get out of the water before I drown....

First mate wakes up and starts talking about this girl that I was rolling around on the beach with...then another one shows up, and starts talking about the girl I was rolling around on the beach with...

Anyways, I'm thinking this is a great joke they are playing on me...hahahaha...funny...they decide to go into town that afternoon, but I'm just going to relax at the bar in the pool...so as we are saying goodbye, this girl walks up...Needless to say, the lads weren't giving me a hard time, the girl really did exist...and she wasn't bad to look at...what a bonus...we spent the better part of that week together...and I couldn't even remember the first time we met...

Best one EVER...defo the night before Finsbury at Chandos...
