Can You Help Me Identify A Song?

The BBC have been running a "The One To Watch" trailer in the early evenings for a while now with clips from all the big shows - Hustle, Hotel Babylon, Life On Mars etc.

Anyway, I'm wanting to know what the backing music is. The lyrics are a repeated "Every time you close your eyes" and some oooh's if that helps any.
