red wine - day-to-day: Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon Special: 1986 Medoc, various chateaux I'm not fussy, Chasse Spleen will do it
beer - Pillsner Urquell no messing Never forget the whip of the hangover caused by Whitbread's UK-brewed version of Kronenburg 1664. To be avoided.
stronger - rarely... But has anyone else disovered the delight's of a Portuguese liquer, Singuaverde?

I think i tried something similar on holiday last week. I say i think i tried because when i awoke the following morning i had half a pint of an odd dark coloured lagery substance and an empty Jager glass next to my bed. With all crisps in it!! Good luck with the research!
Sorry to answer the thread question - Carlsberg or Guiness depending on Summer or Winter in that order
White Russian, though i'll drink anything.
Tokoloshe, I heat sake in the microwave, is that bad?
ale: mcewan's 80, newcastle, sheepshaggers
lager (if i have to): yuengling
stout: guinness (of course!)
red wine: cabernet sauvignon, shiraz, lambrusco
white wine: sauvignon blanc
liquor:
whisky (must be a single-malt scotch): preferrably ardbeg (my favourite islay malt), highland park, or glenfiddich. ALWAYS SERVED NEAT.
whisky & coke: any old bog-standard whisky or whiskey will do. JD is best, though.
screwdrivers are always nice.
smirnoff ice--a berry flavour, if possible.
I still have an unopened bottle of glenfiddich since christmas. that must be some sort of record for me.
I think there must still be a few bottles of cab sav and cab merlot somewhere.
White Russian or Bailey's. Or, if you put vodka in something, it immediately becomes drinkable.

I don't drink beer. But I recently had something at a goth club called a Vampire. It was vodka, some fruit flavored liquor, and cranberry juice. It was rather good.

So again in Canada we're late? Beside apple.. I don't think we have any other flavors.. although maybe cranberries.
Anyways, the next one will be on me if we meet again! Those lousy bastards will tour over here once again someday ;)
