same place eels have them, about 2/3 of the way along the underside measuring from the head backwards.
I'm really sorry, I realise I've complettely fucked your day up cos you SO didn't want a serious answer.

You're lower than a snakes arse, Campbell!
I guess the arse must be around the middle. If you think of a snake as a long thin animal with no legs or arms and a tail, it must be on the underside of the snake, rather than at the top, and in a bundle with any other genitals. I think this because animals with tails have their poo hole beneath the tail. With no arms, this is a good thing as the arse would get wiped as the snake slithers around.
It just doesn't seem RIGHT though, does it? No legs = no buttocks. What would a snake clench when it was scared or embarrassed? And no arms – how does it wipe its
I watched a slug have a baby once. It came slithering out of a hole on it's back ![]()

Just interested in animals, Tich.

Thanks, i didn't think it looked right after i'd spelt it. I should have just asked you, you being the expert on bestiality an all.
I'm staying out of any spelling flames. People in glass houses shouldn't play with nail bombs.
Based on eel (CONGER, not common) anatomy (which is the same basic design)...the arse IS located with the genitals..the penis in males is actually stored internally (so if there is a God he's an eel). I know this cos I once chucked some wee bastard in the tide for torturing a young male conger once.
I dunno about snakes, but in eels the vent (or ringpiece) is located round about where the body begins to narrow again.
