I fear RON you are worrying too much.Try to relax and stay OFF the BEER and WINE.Do some sporting activity and go for long walks taking with you a CHILLED softdrink and a quality bag of crisps.Have a bath then watch a really ace movie.Switch off your mobile and unplug the landline.Then get a book and read 30 mins before bedtime.If you are STILL alive after this....TOUGH!You have become ROCKET MICK the THIRD! :laugh:
