What?! Surely you don't mean the 1954 original Japanese cut, that's on my best list.

Best alien/monster movies (In no particular order): -Young Frankenstein -King Kong (1933 and 2005) -Nosferatu (Just the site of him scared the bejesus out of me) -Alien -War of the Worlds (1953) -Rocky Horror Picture Show -Godzilla (1954 Japanese cut)

Worst: Independence Day (There are probably worse but this was just on tv and it just reminded me how much I don’t like it)

has to be aliens. we i saw it in the cinema, a guy 2 rows behind puked, just as an alien was coming out of a stomach. sound effects coming from just behind, now that was scary.

most other monsters just don't cut it. perhaps nosferatu.
