As is the tear strip thingy on packets of tabs... Especially if your hands are cold and you're desperate... (for a fag or a digestive, whichever's your particular poison)...

Saves you yer liver or lungs 20 years on ;)
Then again my vice is sushi. It's healthy for my heart but not for my pocketbook :(

Ah sushi , a sneaky meal if ever there was ... White rice a main constituent , pretty much unnutritious stuff, tends to release its sugar pretty quickly into the bloodstream and that in turn can lead to fat accumulation in the body:\ohwell: Just when ya think yer being healthy ,sushi stabs you in the back ... No , stick to choc biscuits , come to think of it ; the exercise benefits of wrestling with the tear strip have been rather played down . On reflection, a bit of a workout pre-biscuit should hurt nobody :D More Earl Grey ?

That's funny that you mentioned sushi. I've had it twice this week already. Sushi and birthday cake (not my birthday cake, fortunately).
I think I should start expanding my diet a bit. :p

I must say they do a very nice bourbon choc biscuit in the own brand range , however their custard creams appear to have a fault; what can only be described as ' top biscuit drift ' , basically the top or bottom biscuit ( dependent on which end one has opened the packet ; ignoring as one must the ineffective tear strip )falls off pre-dunk, the foulest of calumnies I think you'd agree
However I haven't tried the own brand choc biscuit , the tear strip is not an issue then DigiMike ?
Are they a fair sized biscuit , the size of a beermat say ?
Or can you comfortably fit them over your eye sockets and with minimum squinting ; hold them in place ?
