How much is the trivet going for? And does the charity except paypal?

I'll keep the picture of the avatar. I don't know how the donation process works yet. Maybe I just give it to the oncology unit; I don't think money will be involved. I'll do some more pottery work when I get back from spring break.

So where are you jaunting off to for spring break, cozzie? And what will be the next pottery project?

Perhaps a vase?

Unfortunately, I'm going home for spring break. I wanted to go to the New Order v. Duran Duran Cage Dancing event in Washington, D.C. until I got clarification that Barney is not going to be there. Plus, I am incredibly busy!

Now, speaking of pottery I'm thinking about doing two pieces. The first one would be a bisque of a pig. I'm thinking about painting the the words, "I think you are a pig, You should be in a zoo." I want to do another flat surface painting. I could do a trivet displaying the cover design for Unknown Pleasures, but I'm debating whether I should paint a NO/JD tea set!

And then expand to ovenware - a Power, Corruption and Pies oven dish, perhaps? :)

I would love to see a tea set. That could be really nice.

Or should that be a Jay-Ee-Tea set? :)

Nice pun, Snorri. I like the song, but I chose its opponent in the NO Cup poll (I have good taste). Jetstream now makes me laugh since it's Freudian. I can start a PC&L dish, but it wouldn't be the same.

True, best to move on... You could always work through the album covers - Movement in fabric, Brotherhood in metal, Low-Life in tracing paper and charcoals, Technique in dat-glo paint, Republic in photos, etc.

Thanx for your suggestions, Snorri. I would like to master in ceramic paint though. Brotherhood would be the easiest since I can use the slate color throughout. I'm still thinking...

Cath, please reconsider the prices, pleeease.

I reckon Cozzie will settle for a Dairylea Triangle in her lunchbox

I just googled Dairylea Triangle. Looks good, but I'm worth more than a slab of cheese. :D

I've found an intesting link here.

Triangles as beautiful? Now there's an artistic interpretation...

I like Burts.. its functional. You can eat off it or hang it on a wall.

Cozzies well.. I would have to keep a hot pot on it.. its purely functional.

It's now a part of English Snorri. BTW, click on the link that I just posted.

My retort:

Burt's- Good for aerodynamics function but will eventually experience wear and tear from ultimate frisbee, a dog, color fading from the sun, and other elements.

Cozmonite61- Yes, you can put a pot on it. But it would be better if a bottle of Pernod or absinthe takes its place. A good sign for a Barney's Angel like me :D
