Gilmours new album got some negative reviews.basically saying he's too wrapped up in cotton wool to make anything of consequence these days

I would agree with that. The last two Floyd albums were remakes of Dark Side... basically.

Gilmour's album has been 'album of the week' on Radio 2 this week; sorry to say, but they do sound pretty much all the same - hypnotic! Quite like it!

Oh, and they're going to be at the Gong do in Amsterdam during November - sounds like a good excuse for a long weekend in the 'Dam, if you ask me! :smoking:
