Only ten minutes gone. Two of my friends went to it, I thought it wouldn't be as exciting. Especially when Liverpool can't score. But yeah, if they can beat Shitcastle, then Birmingham will be a drubbing.

have crouchy's scores been dubious in any way? I don't think the man can score without bouncing the ball off the keeper ;)

Fuck... so who do you fancy in the semis, if you get past Charlton, Boat? I have to say Boro or Charlton are looking good for the Hammers...

Got that right! First one was a rebound off his nose, off the keeper and in. Second was a goodie though, stroked into the corner past a sprawling keeper. Morientes scored a fab goal, beautiful build up and Riise got his usual screamer. Cisse hit one straight at the keeper who collapsed just over where the ball had been half a second earlier:goal no 6. No 7 was the customary own goal...:thumb:

Actually, logic says the Hammers may not look as tough on paper as Chelsea, but we had no bother brushing them aside 3-0 the last time we played those Chelsea bottlejobs:thumb:

Like you say we have to beat Charlton first:skeptic:

Christ, if they play like they did on Sunday - we want them! How do the dates of the semis look alongside UEFA cup dates - hopefully nowt like our win replay against Bolton and play next round 5 days later with a league game in between debacle...

Flicked this on after about 10mins in, saw the score and didn't bother with it, but flicked back in when it was 6-0 and the only song I could hear being repeated over and over both times appeared to be "Steve Bruce! Has got a big fat head!", over and over and over.

Words to that effect.

He'll walk tomorrow if he wants to salvage any pride ... surely?

As a footnote to this, I've just checked my moby for the first time tonight and I had a text off Blue boy Mickey Way at 7.59 saying "Missed both goals, still queuing!" :skeptic:

Bet he was on the train back to London at half-time!

When they score against someone who's higher than 12 in the table maybe then they can take it away ;)

I wondered what that song was, all I could make out was "Steve Bruce!!!" Thanks for clearing that up. Also heard several versions of YNWA as well, sounded nice 'n' loud on the TV.
