Right, before I go any further, let me say, this is straight up, there is no sneaky undertone of narkiness, I imply NOTHING.

I am suffering the most bizarre optical ilusion with Al's new avatar......when rapidly scrolling down a thread, as it flashes past in my peripheral vision, for a split second, until I do a double take, it looks like the spitting image of a certain German psychotic dictator (errrm I mean Hitler not Schumacher BTW).

The odd thing is that it's every time it flashes by, not just the first time....SO strange. And it doesn't seem to depend on whether I've had enough pills to make me rattle or not.

dare I ask if anyone else had to double take.

I get that sometimes though, something that randomly reminds you of something else even though you dont know why. Meh

I think it's the colours in this case, and possibly the head garment resembles fuckface's hair.

Dear God what a mental image....ranks of helmeted daleks, plungers raised, ring modulated voices chanting Nu oddah nu oddah...with the horns glowing instead of little lights.

Perhaps not, I withdraw the image on the grounds that it carries all sorts of unintended negative connotations. ;)

Well that's a relief as it means either I have not totally lost it once and for all, or that at least i will have a padded cellmate.

Well I DID say it was a corner of the eye thing....yes I think the headgear removes the illusion, but don;t go changing it :D
