Just found out that Andy Rourke was KJ's bassist for two days, then kicked out for being '...an arsehole...'. According to Geordie.

You're tripping, I'm afraid.

I know KJ supported JD a few times, but that's it.

I knew that. they just said he was a cunt. so they fucked him off quick-style.

anyway....new album.

still undecided so far. like the first two. plus walking with gods and lightbringer. don't like the third one. a bit middle easty for my liking. lightbringer is ok. its not as good as KJ2003. Who produced it? preferred Andy Gang of Four Gill to be honest. Jaz is going to have one hell of a sore throat if he does this album on the tour. he's a glutton for punishment is JC. few more listens, then i might red card it. don't know yet.

Yeah, Gill produced it. I love KJ2003 as well, but it's a little too commerical (seems to want to fit into the nu metal movement that was going at the time).

Problem is some of the tracks are too long. Lightbringer could be cut by 5 minutes.

That's why the 2005 tour in Germany etc was cancelled, because of Jaz's throat. If they were working on the album during 2005, then doing the live shows, his voice would be fucked.

Keep listening. Could improve with each listen.

Been listening to it again today, and it is really growing on me.

I don't think it'll match KJ (1980 + 2003) or WTF? but maybe a Revelations or a Pandaemonium.

I just wish Jaz would cut the screaming for a few tracks. He can sing, so he should showcase the voice.

And Lightbringer should still be cut by 5 minutes.

And I'm still waiting for a response to my arguments.
