Well Peoples, Its that time of year again. So what do you think? What a year eh! Can it get any closer. 4 or five games left and most teams still havn't clinched a spot yet!

And how about those Flames!!! Are we ready for Flames fever! Good news about the Flames. They are 1 point away from taking the division. I think they can do it! They got the Goaltender, and they are great at home. But they still need to work on their scoring.

Bad news about the Flames girls & the red mile. The police said there wont be any of that this year. They let it happen last time only because It has been years since we had a good team. But no more drinking on the street & flashing.

As for the east. I'm going to support Spotnic and cheer Montreal. They havn't made the playoffs yet, but they will. Plus I would love to see another Calgary/Montreal final. If I'm correct the series is tied 1-1.

So who are you cheering for this playoffs?

I'm kind of hoping we'll have the first Ottawa/Montreal playoff, but I kind of would like revenge over Carolina for 3 years ago.

But I'm a bit sick of the Habs playing weird games recently, seems they always manage to have a bad start.

Losing to Jersey and Buffalo... Humpf.. let's just hope they clinch soon because I'm sick of this tension! only 3 damned points, can the Trashers lose one for god's sake :p

My Playoff hopes died long ago. but my first priority will be to cheer for whomever the rangers face in the first round, although it will probably be the devils. in all honesty without ESPN Broadcasting the games here in the states & the new schedule scheme i have not seen hardly any western teams play this season(i dont have OLN) i though nashville had a good team, but it seems vokoun is out of action for the playoffs. i do like the way the sabres have played this year, young fast hard working. i will be in Toronto this weekend and am heading to Buffalo sunday to see the sabres whoop a$$ on the leafs also it would be nice to see atlanta squeeze into the playoffs because they would be a dangerous team

overall i have not been into hockey this season as much as i had been previously but the game is faster and more enjoyable, but how will the penalty calls go in the playoffs?

Now come on Frank... I never watch anything else than the Habs... so I'm not better than you are... I've seen probably 70 of the 82 games, only west action I've seen was against the Habs.

its been hard to watch all the islanders games this season Nic. they were pretty bad :laugh: i did go to the game about a month ago where they beat the habs and looked to be in position for a run for the 8th spot. then the rangers proceeded to kick their butts right out of the race:(

have you been to see Les Canadiens this season? did you get to see Geoffrion night?

Saw it on TV, I had one ticket for a game vs Toronto but didn't go because I wasn't feeling well... :(

I don't go much at the Bell Centre, the prices are crazy, I'd rather watch that on my big screen tv in the confort of my home... plus, I couldn't find 2 tickets.. going solo is a little boring.

Right! So, the Oilers are officially in the playoffs. It was a close call.

But what are the chances of the Oil beating Detroit? :banghead:

Ok I'm a little behind, but the Flames got the division and Kipper has 10 shutouts!

Looks like Montreal & Tampa are the only teams left. Montreal better improve or its going to be a early exit.

Might be a early exit... depends really on how well our goalie is going.

We don't have enough goal scorers on this team to be contenders...

Koivu won the team MVP!

So he's doing not too bad... but to be honest, Koivu is always better in the playoff.

We were expecting more from Theodore, Kovalev and him to be honest....
