Never watched it before,but the dvd boxsets were £20 each in Asda so i bought the first season. Within a fortnight id bought and watched all four (some very late nights!).
Anyone else a fan?

Yeah 24's pretty cool and thanks to the wonders of modern technology (*cough* bittorrent *cough*) I'm completely up to date with day 5 so far. Saw the day 4 boxset in Tesco for £20 quid and was very tempted as I accidentally lost all my AVIs for that season in a system backup a few months ago (missed the directory! :() so I'll probably buy it soon enough.
It's a great show but alot of it is a bit far-fetched... it's good for a bit of escapism really. Day 5 has more absurd plot twists than your average plate of spaghetti but it's still addictive stuff 
I heard Sutherland's signed up for another couple of seasons and perhaps a movie so I think they'll be plenty of 24 to keep us going for the forseeable future!
i watched the first two seasons avidly, then lost track. too many deus ex machinae (is that the proper plural ending? i never took greek.) in the storyline for me.
Yes! Remembered vividly watching Day One with my roommate, both transfixed by it...Day Two, not as much, I don't even remember how it ended! Day Three I saw the first 2 episodes, but after that.. 
I did manage to find out that The WB is showing the first few days in order on the weekends!! 
Refreshed myself with Day One, now a few episodes in Day Two....class show, can't wait to fully catch up!
Nothing on TV like Kiefer Sutherland going apeshit and yelling at the top of his lungs and blastin fools
Yeah it's pretty good, but I have seem to miss it alot, and so I get behind on the plot alot. It's definately one of those shows that you really need to be religious in watching. . .if I could only remember the time and channel it's on I might not miss it so much.

Get the dvd box sets; it is VERY enjoyable to watch a 24 season on 24 because you dont have to deal with episodes ending and commercials occurring at cliffhangers. One could easily spend 10 hours straight watching 24 dvds :)
I got totally hooked on season 4 last year and got all the previous ones on dvd. This week's episode (7pm - 8pm) was the best ever! Completely ridiculous! But I agree - best to get the dvd and watch back to back episodes...shame about the clearout of certain characters though (won't say who in case some of you are not up to date).
Someone should start a Brit version of '24 cast' (a really annoying podcast made by a bunch of adolescent jerkoff yank boys - but a good idea :) )
