Took me a while to get into that one, but it's hilarious. Brak's dad in particular (the diminuative Spanish man) cracks me up ![]()
Since then, Adult Swim has turned into the "let's smoke a lot of pot and throw shit on a page to see what turns out!" show. WTF is "Squidbillies"? When the best thing you have to offer is two-day-old new "Family Guy" and "Futurama" reruns from the turn of the century, that's saying something. ![]()

........yep, or everybody, especially Zorak, hitting on Brak's mom. Gotta admit, she's pretty fine indeed........for a cartoon cat-like creature. ![]()

How about when she went from having a bland American voice to suddenly being British? Much sexier, I thought ![]()
Of course, we're talking about a mutant cartoon character...![]()
Ah hell, what man could resist that? ![]()
the RADAR channel...to see if it's gonna rain...scary thing is on the loop they are showing...the screen goes from clear to full of pink (the color they use for the heaviest rain) in an instant...does that mean a nuclear device has been detonated???
if so...been nice knowing you...
e.r. season two. the original cast were so much better than the current lot.
i'm finally up to the bit where dr doug ross redeems himself.
last night i watched Storyville on BBC4. Subtitled up.
about the Gangs of Medellin in Columbia.
amazing story of survival against the para's and guerillas in a small town. all the birds in it were up the duff with another on the way. aged about 15.
long story short: the fellas with the guns die young.
Been watching Chronicles Of Narnia - The Lion,The Witch and The Wardrobe on TV over the top of my laptop. Its either very boring,or i need to watch it given my full attention.
Just had the Warriors delivered (rental only) from amazon.
Don't think I've watch it in 20+ years!

Shit Al. I've always had that one down as one of the WORST comedy shows i've ever seen.
although, just slightly better than "Two pints of Lager", which could well be THEEE WORST.

I'd always remembered it as being brilliant, then watched the opening episode and thought it was dire. Picked up after that though. Not in a rush to pick up any of the other series however.
Wouldn't mind catching the stageshow if it comes back to London. Now that he's in Labour as well.
Still watching Lost, Prison Break and Invasion. To be honest i wish i'd not bothered with Invasion, it has to be the slowest drama i've ever seen, nothing ever seems to happen.

scroll back in your head....remember what i said to you after the first episode? More or less "it'll be all tease and no balls, a whole lot of fuck all happening slowly and making suspense out of dick all" or words to that effect. Does the Dr know his TV scifi or WHAT :D:D:D:D
Actually it's obvious....any "invasion" scenario with human looking aliens was written by a committee who's first order of business was "how do we do this cheap" :D
I am currently watching nothing at this precixe moment, but in the wider, "this week i have been mainly watching" sense...still crawling through Dr Who from day one, I'm only up to like early 1964, some of the early ones are fantasic, some not so.....but all are paced so slowly by modern standards, taking 8 episodes to cover what a modern show would breeze thru in 2 43 mins installments. Also staying up to date with the MOST important and valid American shows....South Park and Penn and Teller's Bullshit. And i'm already watching this weeks Dr inside my head....fucking cyberbastards are back, 'mazin', i just hope they have silly voices.
