If that was my plan, it failed rather badly cos I don't think I'm in touch with anyone who contacted me for a badge. I wanted to do something nice and all I actually did was piss people off. I won't make that mistake again.

PS I need no help befriending women, I naturally get on better with chicks than most blokes. The problem comes with getting in their knickers, and I doubt there's too many lasses round here would drop em for 30p's worth of pink tin, and if they would I doubt I would want em.

i'm not even in the same league as angry yet, but you are trying really rather hard. Maybe yer just having a wee laugh and I'm helping out by hanging on to the bait without even needing a hook, but it winds my watch a treat....cos I have been in a little cell for 2 years, and in the latter part of that time only 2 of my mates ( both female FWIW ) came visiting (when they didn't want something), and owing to that there are maybe 3 people from this site 1 I've met, 1 I haven't and 1 I may never meet, who count among my best friends. And that's the funny thing about this daft row we keep getting into. At the end of the day the kind of things that friends talk about, work very well via email, not perfectly that's for sure, but quite well. You share laughs, tell each other cool stuff, and talk about shit things that are going on in yer lives. Meeting people is nice, as Bonz puts it, it makes them real, but it's not essential unless it's more than a friend you want I suppose. I'll grant you it's entirely possible I could meet up with someone from NOOL at a gig, someone I thought was a mate and "my kind of person", and take one look in their eyes and run a mile.

And as to you proving my original point...it was that the whole thing proved to be far more grief than it was worth.
