A couple of seasons ago when the Arse were as arrogant as Chelski are now, I'd be behind Barca.
But now, if only to piss off Chelski, I'll be behind the Arse (ooh err!!)
Looking forward to it..Might have a punt on the Arse for added interest and better prices. No forlorn hope.
Erm is this actually on the telly? if so where and when?
LOL found it....was staring at sky guide for 10mins scratching me arse wondering here the fook it was I ask....and it appears...happens to me all the time grrrrrr.
Mon the Barca For purely selfish Celtic related reasons - a) If Barca win, we go straight into the group stages. b) I'd love to see The King of Kings lift the Big Cup.

I got Arsenal at 2.92 on Betfair
That Ronald Mcdonald geezer Barca have is vastly overated
what a game so far!
sol campbell makes it 1-0, after lehman gets a red card and th Gunners down a man, can they do it?![]()
it looks like Ars (that's what it says on my tv) are currently leading 1-0, and are about to win. ![]()
ref should have let play go on when Lehmann brought down Eto.
Would have been a better game.
Did he have the choice though? Maybe Old Monkey can enlighten us?
He's not called the King Of Kings for nothing. Fucking great to see Henrik win the big one.
God Bless and thanks for the memories ![]()
Gotta feel a bit sorry for the Arsenal though, they put up a great display with 10 men ![]()
hats off to Arsenal because word was they werent even going to score, they played their asses off and had Barca sweating. henry should have buried that late one though.
The Arsenal did well, but just before the red card was shown the Barcelona players with there hands in the air signaling for a card-What wankers they are, unsporting twats like the Argies.![]()

Sweating big time. I can't possibly ever root for Arsenal, but they really had 'em on the ropes. Hope Bonzette's not too shattered though.
What's all this crap about the ref??
Saying he ruined the game with the red card and should have played the advantage, allowed the Barca goal and let Jans Lehman stay on.
They were lucky he didn't allow the goal and then go back and show the red. Down to 10 and 1-0 behind.
And fuck me, Terry Henry is a fucking poor loser.
OK, the equaliser was boarderline. Could have been given offside. Crouch was the same on Sat and had his dis-allowed. But there was no way on the planet it was a free kick for Campbell's goal.
I was behind them all the way, but they need a bit of humility.
I thought Eboue should have had a second yellow for diving, not get a freekick that led to the Campbell goal. No contact at all on Eboue!

Really tough one to call, that decision. Technically he did the right thing, an act of serious foul play was punished, but he could have allowed an advantage to take place, but would then have had to go back and caution Lehmann. Been thinking about it ever since, and I am convinced he did the right thing by the letter of the law, which has to be his first concern.
Regardless of which teams were playing (as you know I hate Arsenal!) it was the right decision to send Lehmann off and award the freekick.
Funnily, just realised the ref did exactly the opposite to the ref in the second leg of the 2005 Champions League Semi at Anfield. :\ohwell:
Fair game, fair ref, fair result.
And f... me, Ronaldinho was the worst Barca player today...

Best player in the world my arse. Watch this now, score a few goals in the world cup, do a few tricks against shit teams, and get world player of the year again. Stevie Gerrard, Lampard, Terry et all will get ignored, even if England stroll to the world cup.

shite. I'm really pissed
...and a bit sad
10 men.... we only had 10 men... we only had 10 men....
worcester city for the cup. actually no. watford for the premiership !
shite. I'm STILL really pissed
apologies
I love you - you're my besht mate
100% gutted.
Bit surprised by Henry's embittered outburst at the end. Love to think it's forged some sort of anti-Barca stance in his mind...
Unfinished business for the Gunners.

Nah, Ronaldinho is the best player in the world for sure. He makes the difference. Look what he did in the second game against Chelsea (where was Lampard in the two matches?) and in the first against Milan. And What is Barcelona if he doesn't play? It's just that sometimes he's completly off, and that's what worries me in the World Cup. Today was very atypical: all Barcelona players had a great great performance, except him.
While it's always a pleasure to see you lot lose....I must confess I am gutted for poor Bonz. Still, and enjoyable game, if one of frustrated football, even for a non believer like me. Ref seemed to take a while working out there were two teams tho. Must also admit I was very impressed with the level of sportsmansip on display which is often nil in this game. Most of the players seemed very posrting with the excetion of a coupla of arses...notably Cole who wants punching.
Did anyone else feel sure that pissing rain would give lahndahnahs the advantage ?
There, I;ve said my out of turn bit....you can all tell me how bad Juan Pablo drives at silverstone in a few weeks :d

That's bollocks, Hubert. Losing in a final might not be something to shout about but it's not half bad either.
The sort of teams that lose in finals are the sort of teams that win finals.
This summer Arse can hold their heads higher than Chavski, Man U, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Juve, etc.
The Boro can hold their heads higher than all those teams that dropped into the UEFA cup from 3rd in the EC groups. And all those Man Utd types who finished 4th.
Not slept. Gutted, but still managed to party all night and leave a trail of carnage.
Long journey home today, but probably had one of the best times of my life out in Paris.
Also.................i'm starting to remember the events of yesterday/ last night/ this morning!

My offer still stands to anyone who has had a police 'check'. Go to Madrid then come to Menorca, look after my 2 teenagers for 24 hours whilst I go to Barc, take in the pool, the a/c, the food, the wine...................and I will be eternally grateful. The Kids are OK, you know, as long as you like shite music, you'll be fine. Oh, and Mikey likes his toast done brown, but not burned; Jess likes hers like warm bread; not too much butter - Mikey likes a spoon and a half in tea; Jess doesnt; they like to eat out every night (I'll pay - obviously); and Mikey likes fish restaurants but Jess doesnt ....you know, it will be a walk in the park.
Any offers?
(If you can play some moronic game on a Playstation that would help............)![]()

Gutted for you, Bonz, so glad you still had a great party.
Just to cheer you up a little more; remember that all the Chelski fans were watching 'The Inspector Lynley Mysteries' on BBC while you lot were playing in the biggest club game of the season. ![]()
