Good news, though I assume they'll go to a country club prison where they'll still have a higher standard of living then me. :banghead:

Just glad they found Lay guilt on all 6 counts. While Skilling was found guilty on 19 of the 28 counts. Just wish they would get to sentencing done sooner. Waiting till September to sentence them is stupid.

yes they will prolly go to "Club Fed" for prison... of course they are appealing :thumbdown: so who knows when they will actually serve time.

but still when I heard how long the terms could be I was "DAMN they dropped the hammer"

you betcha! the top two officers of the company......

Irony is the baseball stadium in Houston was orginally a corporately named "Enron Field" (opened in 2000)

within a year (by I think late 2001-early 2002) it was renamed "Minute Maid Park"
