Bit fed up with the movie thread now,and thought this might be a bit harder. Same thing but make a connection between musical artists. ie:

New Order -

Bernard Sumner -

Electronic -

Johnny Marr.

So the next one could be Neil Tennant, and so on...

Good Luck!

bit confused here: do you put a similar title as the song (or artist) above, or take a band member who played in the song above and find out something else they played, but with a different band?

The idea is to connect one musician with another,i did say it was gonna be hard. I`ll give you another example.

Talking Heads

Who then made a record with Shaun Ryder.

So the next one would be say Gorillaz because he sang on Dare. Then find someone in gorillaz and link it to another musician.

Its exactly the same as the movie thread, but with music.

Nah, realised that just after I'd posted... Have thought of two possible links though, which I'll offer up to anyone who fancies it...

  1. Surname of lead singer...
  2. Material mentioned in their first (and biggest?) hit...

Kind of, I think we'd come to a standstill with the original train of thought, so Dusty would be a good restart...

Sung Son Of A Preacher Man, as did...

Aretha Franklin

Are we after a song title as well? (similar to the movie thread or just the artist? As Steve One hasn't mentioned a song title in his initial starter thread). I'm confused now!

No, I think just some kind of link between the two artists (maybe a song, were in same band, shagged same bird/bloke, etc.)... So anything that links on from Aretha will do..
