I'm sorry 14K but I never knew who JD Fortune was. I don't care much for INXS either so that probably explains why. In fact I am so oblivious to those rubbish Aussie rockers I never even knew when Michael Hutchence hung himself....only found out about it a year or so later.
Anyway, back to Brandon Flowers - they're on the cover of the latest NME aren't they? And I have to admit, when I saw their new "image" whilst I was at WHSmiths the other day I burst out laughing - in the shop - with a couple of people turning round and looking at me. 
I take it that they're one of these bands who undergo an image change every year to promote their next album - the old New Romantic sound now presumably gives way to cowboyesque rock and roll ? Out with the suits and eyeliner, in with the leather jackets, bootlace ties and moustaches. The Killers - the new Black Crows anyone? How contrived is this band for gods sakes???
