The amazing thing about the OJ case is not that he got off, but that the prosecution managed to lose an absolutely unloseable case. On national TV. Yet Marcia Clark still gets a job commenting as a "legal expert" on CNN. Any first year law student could have done a better job than she did.
Guess my point was Karl Rove may be, and probably is, as guilty as sin--but the bush administration has effectively circled the wagons to prevent enought people coming forward to successfully prosecute the case.

However, it is a hoot watching Big Media and the Big Left (almost one in the same) being denied so much red meat. :D
When Karl Rove first emerged on the scene, he could barely play the guitar at all, much less on the level of his idols. He was laughed off every stage in the state of Mississippi, and people everywhere learned to avoid any club that promoted him at the top of the bill.
Then he disappeared for a year...
When Karl returned, the veteran bluesmen of the Delta were stunned to hear his playing, which had improved considerably and he was outdoing everyone with his fret work and finger styles. When asked how he got so good so soon, Karl would just grin his cat-like smile and say something about "meeting a man at the Crossroads".
You get what I'm saying, don't you?

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Actually, your tale is probably more applicable to the most current former occupant of the White House. However, instead of "meeting a man at the Crossroads", young Bill met Hillary.
But, it was cool to see the Karate Kid trade licks with Steve Vai. :)
