as someone said, location, location, location: I can drive an hour and I'll be at either the beautiful coast or snow skiing or hiking in the mountains, or be in Portland or Eugene for lots of great concerts, events, restaurants, etc.

Very able to see the upcoming big picture at work so as to avoid unnecessary delays on all aspects of the business.

Fan of the Mets and Tottenham, and anybody who doesn't is just plain wrong ;)
