I was watching the video, and going "who IS this? I have to know who this band is." I couldn't believe it when it turned out to be Pearl Jam.

Jack, did you ever see Eddie Vedder's performance with Neil Finn & Friends on the 7 Worlds Collide DVD? Just thought you might be interested as you're such a huge PJ fan. I think Vedder sang lead vocals on four Split Enz tracks as apparently he's a huge fan of the NZ band.... I think the other song was a Pearl Jam one but I can't be sure.

Cracking live CD/DVD actually; Johnny Marr does a version of There Is A Light That Never Goes out with Neil on vocals, classic version

The CD | The DVD

I've got the CD and some of the DVD MP3ed if you're interested in hearing the Vedder tracks...

I'd forgotten about 7 Worlds Collide. What a gig.

And what an interview by Eddie.

I've found all four with Vedder and the last track is Parting Ways which Google informs me is a PJ song :thumb: The others are Enz covers so you might not know the songs (I don't) but give 'em a whirl anyway.

I'll have to send them one at a time so check your Hotmail box over the next half hour or so.

Couldn't take my eyes off the screen watching the video, it's an excellent one indeed, creepy but intriguing.

I keep hearing the ballad Come Back all the time on the radio, another great track.

Jack, I'm gonna post those PJ stickers to ya on Wednesday. :thumb:

Oh, for those who think I'm arsekissing: Pearl Jam sucks......... ;)
