This is the sixth year of Exit festival in Serbia, and "Observer" wrote that this is the best festival in the world for 2006. There are more than 20 stages and the names on the Main stage are: Cardigans, Franz Ferdinand, Cult, Morrissey, Kelis, Chicks On Speed, Billy Idol, HIM, Scissor Sisters and PET SHOP BOYS! There are more than 600 artists and one of them will be Peter Hook. He will perform on MTV Free Your Mind stage. More info on: www.exitfest.org P.S. - It's from July 6th till July 9th.

His name is all over posters and flyers that were being handed out in Belgrade a couple of weeks ago. This is not ususual - I've been to several nights where Hooky is advertised and doesn't show up (and one where Hooky and Barney were meant to be there and weren't). What's going on?

Barring the idea that people are actually lying to get interest for their doo (unlikely in the case of the Exit), it's probably down to promoters contacting the printers before the booking is confirmed.

Anyway, Hooky's missed a treat there - Exit should be a great festival and the sites of Belgrade are not to be missed :eek:

Looks there's a slot for DJ Cheesy after all

Nah hold on it says on the festival site that my dad is on on the 6th. which should be ok, cos we go to my nans on the 9th the day after liverpool.
