Screwing the System to Get Rich

I have recently set up a PayPal account with eBay and gained the grand sum of 21p with the two small deposits (ooh er) they give you.

This got me thinking - if only there was a way to set up an account for everyone in the world and get all their 21p's into my bank account.

I'm not greedy, just a few pence for everyone on this earth. Any ideas to how the hell I can pull this off?

back in the dark days of online bank services x.com paypal etc you'd get 25 dollars for opening an account

I made 100 bucks off the deal and I was still in high school then so it was a lot of money ;)

Yeah, I just for $25 for opening an online account with INGdirect. Maybe I could make more by opening some more online accounts, but I'm to lazy!

Egg gave me a tenner for signing up for some online money manager thing which I have never used...
